Children Free Appointments

Children cannot be accommodated during your appointment.

Card On File

All appointments scheduled are required to have a credit or debit card saved on file.

No Show Fee

Failure to show to your appointment will result in 100% charge of the service scheduled to the card on file.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancelling a rescheduled appointment at any time will result in 100% charge of the service booked.

Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.

50% of the service booked will be charged for all same day cancellations.

Returns and Refunds

All sales on services, products, packages, cancellations and no show charges, and deposits are non-refundable or eligible for exchange.

Weather Cancellations

If I am able to make it into work, the 24 hour cancellation policy still stands. Please be mindful of watching the weather and reschedule accordingly.
